What this means for your family

Given the serious allegations of staff mistreatment and theft, we strongly advise families to conduct an unannounced visit and speak directly with current residents. While the facility is described as clean, the reports of staff refusing to assist with basic needs are a critical red flag that warrants thorough investigation before admission.

Key Review Excerpts

I recently found out that when my sweet grandmother was there, items were stolen from her. One item I had bought for her 90th birthday and the other was a gift to her for Christmas. Both items well over $50. She had Alzheimer’s and was the absolute kindest person to everyone yet told several members of our family that one worker in particular was mean to her.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

Her first night she was threatened not to be pushing that call button. The nurse said “ I have better things to do than come help you go pee”

Rehab patient's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

Home smells great, food is great, staff is even better!
