Key Review Excerpts

My grandmother, who suffers from dementia and cannot advocate for herself, has been a resident here for over two years. In just the last 3 months alone, their negligence has resulted in her being rushed to the hospital 5 separate times.

Memory care family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

My husband was there a few months ago and he didn’t get taken care of like he should have been. The staff there would be late giving him his pain pills or tell that someone locked the keys up so they couldn’t get his medicine. Or that they forgot to order his pain medicine.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

I’m not sure why this place only has 2 1/2 stars . I would give them 100 stars if I could . The staff here are the most amazing loving people I have ever met at an assisted living facility . The facility is very clean and well maintained.
