What this means for your family

While the physical therapy department is frequently praised, the recurring reports of neglect, unaddressed falls, and poor communication with families are major red flags. If you consider this facility, demand a clear plan for how they communicate medical incidents and verify their current staffing ratios for the wing your loved one would occupy.

Key Review Excerpts

I honestly can't say enough about the physically therapy department. They are top notch. However, when it comes to the care given by the staff, I unfortunately cannot be as generous with my words.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★☆☆

My father has been a resident since February 2025, he has fallen in his room 10 times since. On Sunday 2/15/26 he fell and he said he was on the floor calling for help for 6 hours. I received no phone call from the facility that this occurred.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

If you’re looking for a place that doesn’t help your family member at all and leaves them stripped down on the floor alone then when you call to ask what happen and the director responses with “Well they weren’t a helpful patient” then this is the place for you.
