Key Review Excerpts

ALL the staff have made Christmas so special for the resident. The Community has come together with the organization of the Director Of Nurses and made sure all the residents had fantastic present!!

Family member · 2025★★★★★

This place has lied and told me my mother would loose her health care if I took her home on top of that the social worker would not release her medications to my family supposedly under advisement of her health insurance!

Family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

Rather than talk to me the staff members chose to call my sister and start problems. My sister is a control freak with a POA. Because of the staff member she comes in and starts telling me that the staff was very distraught because I asked a few questions for my mother.

This facility has a concerning pattern of repeat deficiencies, with families filing complaints that led to federal citations for medication errors, inadequate daily care assistance, safety hazards, and improper response to abuse allegations. The most recurring problems involve medication management, basic care assistance, and safety supervision. While the facility has corrected past violations, the pattern of similar issues appearing across multiple surveys and complaint-driven investigations suggests ongoing challenges with consistent care quality that families should carefully consider.
