Key Review Excerpts

The staff are rude and seemingly uncaring. If they will treat volunteers as rudely as we have been treated, I shudder to think what they’d do (or not do) for a resident.

Long-term volunteer · 2025☆☆☆☆

When asking a staff member where was my family members glasses, was very nasty and said I had to wait until Monday to ask admission, my family member fell and could hardly walk and no one cared ans she was not giving a walker for support.

Family member of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

I called to speak with someone from the staff and no one answers or returned my calls. I can not get in touch with my mom either.

Resident's daughter · 2020★★☆☆☆
