What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with the nursing staff and administrative assistance, there is a consistent pattern of complaints regarding the physical condition of the building and basic hygiene. We strongly recommend that you tour the facility in person, specifically requesting to see the actual room your loved one would occupy, and ask direct questions about their fall prevention protocols and medication administration oversight.

Key Review Excerpts

The nursing staff and unit managers are fantastic.

Family member · 2025★★★☆☆

The financial person is very rude as embarrassed myself and my mother that is there weather dementia the nurses are great the facilities though look one way in the pressure and in the common areas nice and the rooms at the common area or nice until you get back to the actual rooms and then I like something from 1970 the window sills leak there's roaches you can smell the black mold there's holes in the wall

Daughter of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

My wife was very sick and was refusing any help from Pruitte. They were able to make her understand that they were trying to help her with her recovery. The administration was a blessing with helping to get her the right insurance to pay for her long term care.
