Key Review Excerpts

The therapy team at Pruitt Health Richmond is awesome!

Rehab patient family member · 2024★★★★★

My bedridden mother was here at Pruitt - Richmond in November 2023 and left by ambulance back to the hospital for improper/neglectful treatment of a UTI. She was left in a wet bed, her ringer would be cut off and no one would respond for hours

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The facility is under staffed with patient assistants in rehab. Patients must wait a long time to be assisted to the bathroom They have to soil themselves because no one is available when needed.
