What this means for your family

This facility offers strong rehabilitation services and engaging activities, which many families appreciate. However, given the recurring reports of hygiene issues and communication lapses, we strongly advise you to visit during off-hours or weekends to observe staffing levels firsthand and speak directly with nursing management about their protocols for patient hygiene and pain management.

Key Review Excerpts

The nursing home smelled amazing unlike some that I have visited where the odor hits you before you step foot inside. The staff was friendly and helpful when I visited a friend.

Visitor · 2023★★★★★

My dad broke his hip and came to Pruitt Health after hip replacement. The staff was wonderful to him!! He absolutely loved his therapists!

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★★

As of today, February 11th 2023 he still hasn't been bathed or had his clothing changed since the day he was admitted. Even after speaking with MULTIPLE Administrators and Nurses about that plus he was a heavy smoker prior to being admitted and we were told that he would get a patch but as of today that hasn't happened either???
