Key Review Excerpts

My dad did not get the adequate care regarding medication Management and picc line care that was needed and I'm very disappointed.

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

My aunt complained of blood in her urine, back pain, and other UTI symptoms, and they didn’t even try to give her any antibiotics for 2 weeks. She stopped returning family phone calls so my mom went to check on her and found her barely conscious.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

I would give a five stars except transportation nonexistent and time for response on ringing bell in patients room is way to long to response. Some CN s come when bell rings turn it off and say will come back when finish something else.
