Key Review Excerpts

The physical therapy department and the nurses were awesome. The reason why I am giving 4 stars is because of the care she was getting from the Aides. Only a hand full were great with my mom. In the beginning they were not changing her diaper and were extremely rude.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★

The physical therapists, nursing techs, and housekeepers were awesome! Therapists and techs were caring and attentive. The food was horrible. Unfortunately, I became very ill after about three weeks, and when I told the nursing staff how bad I felt, I was told “your vitals are fine”.

Rehab patient · 2025★★☆☆☆

I am updating a previous negative review. My grandparent has lived here since before and after Covid. There have been good times and bad, but over the past few years I have definitely seen improvements in the care my loved one has received.

Families have filed complaints that triggered inspections, resulting in findings related to pressure ulcer care and food safety in the most recent survey. The facility shows recurring problems with fire safety systems, care planning, and medication management across multiple inspections from 2021 to 2025.
