What this means for your family

This facility shows a significant upward trend in positive sentiment following a change in management, with many families praising the new team's warmth and activity programming. However, you must investigate the history of medical neglect and understaffing mentioned in several critical reviews. Specifically, ask how they monitor vital signs and medication changes, as past reports of missed treatments are a major red flag.

Peach Tree Place is highly regarded by many families for its compassionate memory care and engaging activities led by a dedicated team. However, there are serious, recurring allegations from some reviewers regarding severe medical neglect, understaffing, and poor hygiene standards. Families should weigh the frequent praise for the staff's warmth against the critical reports of inadequate clinical monitoring.

Family member · 2025★★★★★

I am only giving one star because you have to give at least one star to leave a review . RUN RUN RUN from this awful place. They not only let my aunt go 4 days with a broken arm & NO TREATMENT, they also did not treat her for scabies FOR MONTHS.

Peach Tree Place has significant concerns with over half of deficiencies triggered by family complaints, indicating ongoing problems families have reported to authorities. The facility shows recurring issues with infection control, food safety, and care planning that persist across multiple surveys from 2021 through 2025. Most recently in September 2025, serious complaints emerged about resident abuse protection and improper restraint use. While the facility corrects violations when cited, the pattern of repeated problems in core care areas suggests systemic challenges that families should carefully consider.
