Questions for Your Tour

  • 1With a smaller community of 11 residents, how do you foster social connections and keep daily activities engaging for everyone?
  • 2I noticed you’ve taken the time to respond to some online feedback; how do you use that kind of communication to improve the resident experience?
  • 3Since this is a more intimate setting, what is your protocol for handling medical emergencies or urgent health needs during the overnight hours?
  • 4How do you ensure that each resident receives personalized attention and care given the cozy, small-scale nature of the facility?
  • 5What opportunities are there for families to stay involved and provide input on the care plan for their loved ones?
  • 6How do you balance the need for a quiet, home-like environment with the social stimulation that residents enjoy?
