What this means for your family
This facility offers excellent physical therapy and a very clean environment, which is ideal for short-term rehabilitation. However, the report of medical neglect and difficulty contacting nurses is a major red flag; families should closely monitor clinical oversight and ensure a clear communication plan is in place for their loved one.

Key Review Excerpts
“Paradigm at Bay City provided me with great care. I came in on March 4th for therapy and now will be going home today March 20th. My determination and the hard work to include me now being able to walk independently and my balance is back along with my arms being strong. Are due to the staff they have all been the force of my therapy being successful due to Glenn, Roy and Allen.”
“Had my friend in there as a skilled patient requiring total care. Refused to take her to the hospital. Her sister had a private ambulance come take her to UTMB. She was impacted so bad she had sepsis; she had another bed sore and the one she had has gotten worse.”
