What this means for your family

While the rehabilitation department is noted for helping patients regain mobility, the recurring reports of severe understaffing and neglect are deeply concerning. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits during evening or weekend hours to observe staffing levels and hygiene standards firsthand before making a decision.

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★★

If you love your loved one, just know this facility is always crucially under staffed, especially at night and early morning. One of our family members in rehab in 2025 said he had to go long periods of time, well over 30/40 minutes, with feces in his briefs and would burn so bad.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

The Dr there chooses not to listen to specialist or the family and prescribes medication they don't need to make them like zombies and medications they do need he refuses to give them.

This facility has faced multiple family complaints triggering inspections, with concerning patterns in medication management, safety oversight, and infection control that have persisted across multiple years. While the facility has corrected each identified deficiency, the recurring issues with medication errors, accident prevention, and basic care standards—combined with complaints about abuse reporting and resident rights violations—suggest ongoing operational challenges that warrant careful evaluation during your visit.
