What this means for your family

While some families appreciate the dedication of the nursing staff, the recent reports of supply shortages and lack of communication regarding resident safety are concerning. Key Review Excerpts

Front desk is friendly and the nursing care is kind. It’s a little crowded and loud at times but these are among the hardest working people you will find caring for our elderly people.

Family member · 2022★★★★

The worst, my mother fell on her head they couldn't tell me why. She was in a tight community room facing a wall not even the TV. Her room was the size of a closet. Horrible people working here.

Daughter of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

Crowded & loud. Staff loud & unprofessional at all times. Barely can find basic supplies (soap, lotion, diaper creams, chucks).

Our Lady's Haven shows recurring issues across multiple surveys in three key areas: resident rights, medication management, and nutrition/dietary services. Families filed at least one complaint about notification failures. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the persistence of similar problems across different surveys (2023-2025) suggests ongoing operational challenges that families should investigate during visits to ensure quality improvements have been sustained.
