What this means for your family

This facility is highly regarded for its physical and occupational therapy programs, which have helped many patients regain mobility. However, families should be aware of consistent reports regarding slow response times for call lights and staffing shortages. We recommend visiting in person to observe response times and asking specifically about the nurse-to-patient ratio on the unit your loved one will occupy.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff here is very curtios, and very prompt. Food is excellent. Crafts are great! Elizabeth in activities is so helpful and very kind.

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★★

The only reason for giving one Star is because the PT/OT staff are excellent as are a few of the nursing staff and I had to leave at least 1 Star to post a review. Most of the care staff leave a LOT to be desired.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

My mother was here for rehab, the PT/OT team was wonderful. My mother was happy with the food and her care she received. I would recommend.

This facility shows serious ongoing concerns with families filing multiple complaints about abuse reporting, care planning, and treatment quality across recent years. The facility has repeatedly struggled with nursing staffing levels, medication management, and basic care assistance, with these same issues appearing in both routine inspections and family-initiated complaints. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of recurring problems in core care areas suggests persistent operational challenges that warrant careful consideration during any visit.
