Key Review Excerpts

My mother was here shortly after fracturing her hip. She would call in tears and I'd hear nurses scolding her and mistreating her in the background. Shed be in pain and I'd wait on the phone with her as she buzzed for a nurse...many times they didn't come.

Long-term resident's family · 2021

After 2 months, the stage 4 wound is almost completely healed. My mom is always happy when I visit her. The staff there are great with her. Her Alzheimer’s makes her moody something’s and they are beyond patient with her.

Memory care family member · 2023★★★★★

The CNA's and 2 of the nurses that work here are great. The wound Care Dept has been good to me. My therapists are working with me to get back my strength. EVERYTHING ELSE SUCKS BIG TIME!

The most recurring problems involve administration and oversight, medication management, and resident rights protections.
