Key Review Excerpts

The care staff here are excellent, if pricey (cost of care increases every year, separate from the rent increase). We ended up hiring an additional private caretaker because my mom needs more help right now, but I'm happy with MBK's staff as a pricier backup option.

Resident's daughter · 2025★★★★★

Adequate. Was a good budget friendly option. Care team is kind but seems to be understaffed. We receive a lot of synonyms of “that’s not my job” which is not a good experience in interacting with leadership and has lead to challenges in coordination of care.

Family member · 2025★★★☆☆

The administration is open to changes that residents suggest and meet with us monthly. The cook and the Residents’ Council also meet with us and try to implement ideas or give reasons why the idea can’t be implemented.
