Key Review Excerpts

My wife is a current resident. While this is an older facility it is well kept and clean. Their are, in my experience, no unpleasant odors or clusters of wheel chairs blocking halls or nursing stations.

Long-term resident's family · 2022★★★★★

I couldn’t be happier with my father’s care. The staff are so kind and communicate well. The social worker returns calls and the nurses let me know how he is doing, which is a far cry from his previous facility.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

To say I am writing this with absolute and utter disgust is an understatement. I am writing this in anger. My grandfather was admitted to this facility after speaking with the director, who reassured us he would be properly cared for. He was transported from Mercy on the afternoon of 11/14. What followed was nothing short of neglect.
