What this means for your family
This facility is a strong candidate for rehabilitation due to its highly praised physical therapy team and generally friendly staff. However, families should be extremely vigilant regarding medical monitoring and communication, as multiple reviewers have reported serious lapses in response times and oversight for high-needs patients.

Key Review Excerpts
“From day one, the staff at Northpoint have been amazing. From the cleaning lady to the receptionist, business office, CNA’s, RN’s, and department supervisors. They are attentive, caring, and always kind.”
“My father was there 2 months. He went in for help being able to go up 5 steps and to be able to walk better from the hospital. He had P.T. once a day most days. The food was ok. We were told he could walk all around the facility and could go up and down stairs. When we picked him up once he was at the house he could not get up the stairs. He came home with several severe bed wounds.”
“The CNA program is astonishing and will help you learn everything you need to know in 22 days! The staff is wonderful Mrs. Hall is so polite, don’t make her job hard.”

This facility has a concerning pattern of recurring fire safety and infection control deficiencies across multiple surveys, with families filing complaints about equipment safety and living environment quality. The most persistent issues involve fire safety systems, infection prevention, and care planning, with several problems repeating across surveys from 2022 to 2025 despite reported corrections. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the recurring nature suggests ongoing challenges with maintaining consistent safety standards.
