Key Review Excerpts

They Staff are great good humor and like any place you have good and Bad But One person in particular her Name is ELIZABETH she was the wound care nurse that's what she hired on for just wound care that lasted for about a week then they put her on a nurses cart passing out medicine, and she still came buy my room when ever she could to do my wound care bless her heart

Resident · 2025★★★★

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS PLACE! My brother was here, and while a number of the staff were friendly and helpful, the care was terrible. They lost all my brother’s clothes the first week and they never found them. He had a sore on his back that was never attended to which led to sepsis and hospitalization after only being there one month.

Noble Care Center shows concerning patterns with families filing multiple complaints about abuse, neglect, and medication management issues. The facility has had recurring problems with medication safety, food service, and resident protection, including recent abuse complaints in December 2025 and May 2024. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the persistent nature of serious issues across multiple surveys suggests ongoing care quality challenges that warrant careful consideration before placement.
