What this means for your family

Given the consistent and severe reports of neglect, hygiene issues, and slow response times, this facility carries significant risks for residents who require assistance with daily living. While the rehab department receives occasional praise, families should be extremely cautious and consider alternative facilities where oversight and patient safety are better documented.

Key Review Excerpts

The facility neglected to administer essential medications, neglected therapy sessions, allowed them to remain in soiled diapers, and left them with unexplained bruises.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

The only good area is the rehab room. People there help folks who are struggling to walk again, and they get help in rehab. NEVER stay in this facility overnight!

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

I was ignored when I needed help to walk. A young woman yelled at me. All but two people refused to help me in any way.
