What this means for your family

While the facility receives praise for its rehab therapy and small-scale environment, the recurring reports of neglect, poor hygiene, and medical errors are deeply concerning. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits and ask specifically about their protocols for infection control and medical equipment management before choosing this facility.

Key Review Excerpts

The place reeks of urine and feces. The hallways are narrow, dingy and cluttered with various devices, chairs and junk. The patients get bare minimum care.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

She was already in a diminished state but got much worse in this facility. Constant urinary tract infections, infected peg tube incision and was only showered once in months.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My Brother Had an accident March of 2023. He was in the hospital for a few weeks then transferred to BRIA. The Staff was excellent and made sure he got the most out of his rehab.
