Key Review Excerpts

The workers are nice. The building is clean. I like that they have activities for the patients who want to participate to do.

Visitor · 2022★★★★★

My great grandfather who requires specialized wound care was here for what I'd venture to say was less than a month and I was absolutely disgusted with both the treatment of the residents and the unprofessional and negligent tendencies of the staff.

Family member · 2021☆☆☆☆

We had our family member removed from this facility and taken to an ER after the director, Kayla Rawlings Morris and administrator, Amanda Hasty, REFUSED to allow medical care.

The facility has recurring issues with daily living assistance, respiratory care, and resident activity programs, with problems appearing across multiple surveys from 2023 to 2025.
