Key Review Excerpts

I feel my husband is safe and well taken care of at Mulders. The staff treat him like a family member, which I appreciate. They work so hard to take of all his needs.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

There are are some very good people working here but a big turnover of staff and always short handed. My relative needed to be put on the toilet or be put to bed she would wait so long she would do it herself and at times fell.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

Most of the staff is caring and good. However, they are regularly understaffed. 1 Nurse for 16 patients. My dad needed wound dressing and pain meds. He pressed the call button. No one came.
