What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with the therapy team, the recurring, severe allegations regarding nutrition, hygiene, and communication are deeply concerning. We strongly recommend that you conduct an unannounced visit, specifically requesting to see the dining areas and the condition of the resident wings, and ask management directly how they address reports of weight loss and medication errors.

Key Review Excerpts

My dad is in the dementia wing. He has been quarantined with Covid for the last 8 days. We have been calling almost daily to check on him. Each time we called in the last week we got the “oh yes he is fine. He is eating and drinking. Sleepy, but otherwise seems like himself.” Last time we got this report was the night before last night. Suddenly today we get a call saying he has lost a ton of weight, he looks terrible, is lethargic, not eating or drinking, has a lot of green discharge from his

Memory care family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

My dad was a patient there back in February of this year. He was there for about 3 weeks. In those three weeks, he lost about 25 lbs!! He's skinny as a rail to begin with!! They barely fed him anything. He'd go days without food. I'd have to bring him food from home.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The photos from their site are very misleading this place is overcrowded and understaffed. The courtyard does not look like the pictures it’s dry it’s dirty and it’s very unkept . The patients cannot use that unless someone takes them out.
