Key Review Excerpts

I spent a couple weeks here and I was amazed with the staff. Friendly , compassionate and professional . I had a horrible experience at another nursing facility. This place is best described as a mom and pop place that may be smaller than other facilities. But that allows them to spend quality time with the patients.

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★★

At first I was skeptical about this facility, but as and time went by, I've come to learn they definitely care about their patients. PTs are awesome, CNAs, nurses ,PAs, DR'S and admin have all been so understanding to the needs of my loved one.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

The therapy team was phenomenal and assisted in a quick recovery for my family. Thank you to Tierra, Austin, and Yadi for helping us along the way and for a smooth discharge home.

Morgan Hill Healthcare Center has faced ongoing issues with families filing complaints about inadequate treatment and care, resulting in multiple complaint-triggered deficiencies. The facility shows persistent problems across medication management, food service operations, and infection control, with these same areas cited repeatedly across multiple surveys over three years. While all documented deficiencies show correction dates, the recurring nature of violations in critical care areas suggests systemic challenges that families should carefully consider.
