Key Review Excerpts

My mother who is now 97 has been living at MHS for 9 years. She started out in the independant living apartment and has since moved into a personal care room for the past year, following a debilitating fall. She now receives excellant around the clock nursing assistance, which includes access to an on-site doctor.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

The staff care about their patients, they care about each other, and they gave mom the best care. They have multiple restaurants to chose from onsite. Mom loved the Mexican food at one of the restaurants. Very good Physical Therapy dept.

Memory care family member · 2024★★★★★

The staff was clearly not trained to understand dementia 'behaviors' with the possible exception of some of the very over-worked and poorly paid nurses aides, who are expected to care for 25 residents with little backup.
