Key Review Excerpts

Moraga Post Acute is an excellent facility! They cared for my mother as they would their own loved one. While in their care my mother received consistently compassionate care, exemplary physical therapy and superb case management.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★☆☆☆

I was an inpatient at Moraga Post Acute for 18 days following a head-on collision... A few staff members truly stood out for their dedication and compassion. Michelle (RN) and Jit (CNA) consistently went above and beyond in their care.

Rehab patient · 2025★★☆☆☆

They didn’t give her medications for over 17 hours and left her in soiled underpants for 17 hours as well. She was supposed to be on a bipap machine during the night but the one that they put on her was broken.

Moraga Post Acute has recurring issues across multiple surveys in three main areas: nutrition and food service, medication management, and fire safety systems. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of repeated problems with dietary staffing, food handling, pharmacy services, and fire safety equipment suggests ongoing operational challenges.
