Key Review Excerpts

The PT department and OT are dedicated to patients recovery. The nurses and aids are extremely nice and knowledgeable. I’m welcomed by name and smiles and my grandparents have met other residents and caregivers that they call friends.

I asked to get cleaner to clean the room my uncle is in the lady tells me they don't have any they use SOAP and water! Really! The soap dispenser didn't have any soap in it, no hand sanitizer!

Family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

Dr. Lopez only seen my mother 1 time in 6 weeks. She was there so the antibiotic she needed could be monitored. Vancomycin is known to build up and cause kidney damage if not monitored by blood draws before and after. This was not done and my mom was found unresponsive.
