I always told them thank you and they did a great job ) to the PA ( Michelle) Nurses Peter , Fran , Isabella. Ms Florida, to Dr.Ghandi , there are 6 PT instructors , 5 OT instructors and 2 cognitive instructors that are all exceptional.”
“The staff at Mission Palms have been extremely kind and supportive to our family while my father has been staying there. He is suffering from a few medical issues, but the staff has taken him to his appointments, supported him with physical therapy, and kept our family updated as he recovers.”

Based on a review of the facility's Emergency Preparedness Testing Requirements, record review, and staff interview, it was determined that the facility failed to participate in drills as required. Failure to participate in drills may lead to untrained staff in an emergency situation and may result in harm to the residents during an emergency.
Based on observation, the facility failed to maintain several doors in the building. Failing to maintain doors in the facility could allow heat and/or smoke to transfer, which will cause harm to the patients and/or staff in the affected areas.
