Key Review Excerpts

The social workers Jacob and Linda here are wonderful and so helpful for the residents and their family. They've consistently done what's best for my dad, often going above and beyond, and I trust them with his care.

Memory care family member · 2026★★★★★

My dad recently suffered a major stroke and was brought to this facility. He fell out of his bed on numerous occasions and my sister went to visit him and he was naked on the floor soiled. He stated many times he was left unattended for multiple hours with out being checked on.

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

My dad recently passed away but lived here the last several years of his life. I live out of state but when I visited he told me he was very happy and well taken care of at Mission.

The facility repeatedly struggles with fire safety systems, resident rights, and infection control across all surveys from 2023-2026.
