Mission Nursing Home faces severe and recurring allegations of neglect, particularly regarding the care of non-ambulatory residents. While some families have praised individual social workers for their support, multiple reports highlight concerns about poor communication, lack of supervision, and potential mistreatment by administration. Key Review Excerpts
“The social workers Jacob and Linda here are wonderful and so helpful for the residents and their family. They've consistently done what's best for my dad, often going above and beyond, and I trust them with his care.”
“My dad recently suffered a major stroke and was brought to this facility. He fell out of his bed on numerous occasions and my sister went to visit him and he was naked on the floor soiled. He stated many times he was left unattended for multiple hours with out being checked on.”
“My dad recently passed away but lived here the last several years of his life. I live out of state but when I visited he told me he was very happy and well taken care of at Mission.”

Some summaries, interpretations, suggested questions, and pricing research are AI-generated or AI-assisted and may contain errors or omit important context. Listings do not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or advertisement, and we do not accept payment for placement.
