What this means for your family

This facility is an excellent choice for independent seniors who value a clean, active, and social environment. However, if your loved one requires significant assistance with daily living or medical needs, be sure to ask probing questions about staffing ratios during night shifts and weekends, as multiple families have reported gaps in care during these times.

Key Review Excerpts

On the surface, the facility is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers appealing amenities for residents. However, once any level of real care is needed, serious issues become evident.

Family member · 2025★★★☆☆

Very nice building and friendly staff but they are short staffed. My Aunt is bed bound and didn't get dinner one night or breakfast the next day.

Family member · 2022★★☆☆☆

I do not recommend this place if your loved one needs extra care. Never any staff around for help other than the front receptionist. Our mom's room smelled and noone even checked on her to see that she ate something or helped with bathroom needs.
