Key Review Excerpts
“Short staffed and doing the best job they can! Thanks to all that have and are currently looking after my mother! You are awesome! UPDATE: After interacting with this organization now for almost 2 years, my mother first, then my Dad and Mother, I have come to respect the staff here for all they do.”
“Very short staffed. Many staff were kind and thoughtful workers. There were issues with patient safety due to the placement of bathroom/room door design. The place was very much in need of updating and new furniture felt like a 1950s dorm room.”
“The food is not good, they smother everything in pepper. Some of the rooms need lots of help. Nasty carpet etc. People give you the run around instead of being truthful”
