What this means for your family
While some visitors report a clean environment and friendly therapy staff, the recent, recurring reports of medical negligence and failure to provide basic hygiene are deeply concerning. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits and to verify the facility's current state-survey compliance records before choosing this location for a loved one.

Key Review Excerpts
“My mother arrived at this facility around 2 pm, coming from the hospital. 10:00 the following morning my niece went to visit her grandmother but was informed that she wasn't there, she was taken to the ER. What happened.....my mom is supossed to be hooked up to a bipap to help her breathe at night but they didn't put it on her because they didn't know how.”
“The physical and medical care at this facility from April-June 2023 was very poor! Communication with family regarding care was basically non-existent. Laundry services are poorly managed and most of my family member's clothes were lost and never returned.”
“My Father was admitted last night after being transferred from GR critical care unit and having nearly died from a massive sugar spike of 1300. Today the awful staff at medilodge gave him cake! My father could have died!”
