What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with the facility's cleanliness and staff friendliness, there are serious allegations regarding understaffing and neglect. We strongly recommend visiting during off-hours or weekends to observe staffing levels firsthand and asking management specifically about their protocols for responding to resident call lights.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff was very friendly and housekeeping kept the facility fresh. Administration was great. The Nurses and aides were great. They even allowed me to bring my aunts dog in daily.

Private caregiver for resident · 2025★★★★★

They starve the residents unless state or corporate is there . Office staff never leaves the office . Staff members all go out to smoke and leave one employee in building .

Family member of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

The worst place I have been in. There is zero communication within the staff making it a hazard for residents. While visiting I saw a man who feel from his wheelchair and was lying on the floor and no one seemed to notice.

3 complaint-triggered

This facility has a concerning pattern of recurring deficiencies across three surveys, including three complaint-triggered issues where families filed reports about financial protection, medication management, and infection control. Problems have persisted in resident rights, medication management, and fire safety across multiple years (2021-2024), suggesting ongoing challenges with correcting issues. While the facility reports correcting deficiencies, the repeated violations in core care areas warrant careful consideration during your visit.
