Key Review Excerpts

This place doesn't deserve any stars, absolutely the worst most disgusting place I've ever seen! This was in a resident's room.(it's their dirty cloths with maggots crawling out)

Visitor · 2022☆☆☆☆

When I call to check on him they always answer all my questions. My mom and I go see him weekly he is clean, shaved, hair cut.

Long-term resident's family · 2022★★★★

Patients were sleeping on the floor on make shift cots. It was something you would see in a third world country! Patients walked around with soiled clothing and Pooping in the hall!

This facility has significant safety concerns with recurring fire safety violations and recent complaints about abuse protection and care planning. The most problematic areas are fire safety systems (alarms, sprinklers, exits), resident protection from abuse and neglect, and care planning assessments. Family complaints triggered investigations in 2024 involving abuse protection failures and inadequate care planning. While the facility corrects violations when cited, the pattern of repeated fire safety issues and serious complaints about resident protection warrant careful consideration before placement.
