Key Review Excerpts

The staff is kind, compassionate, and hard working. Residents are well cared for and their needs are met. The activities department ensure that our residents have something fun to do throughout the day.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

The staff is mostly agency workers and many had no idea who my mother was or even her level of care needed. The center didn't want my mother to have Youngstown Hospice care to care for my mother as Concord Care wanted their own.

Deceased resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

I like that Concord care is located in a beautiful rural setting away from the hustle and bustle. I have witnessed staff function as a team to deliver quality, skilled nursing care to the residents with compassion and respect.
