Key Review Excerpts

My father was at this place for one month following being discharged from Roanoke hospital. I would never put any family members back in this place. When going to visit my father the place was unkempt. Multiple times I arrived to find my father cover I fesses and urine where it had been there long enough to dry on his clothes.

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

My wife, who is totally in need of 24 hour skilled nursing care for her physical disabilities, suffering also with dementia, has been a patient here for ten months and the quality of her care has been just fine. I visit her frequently and have seen the nursing and admin staff perform well under various conditions.

Memory care family member · 2024★★★★★

There was unauthorized medication given to him without notifying My Mother about it first & also Medication was given that was not compatible with his other medications.
