Key Review Excerpts
“My sister is a patient in the rehab portion. Her first night was awful and she received no attention even after her call light. The next day after reporting the lady tht was suppose to have been helping her the problem was solved by the head of the nursing staff.”
“My Mom has been to a couple of nursing homes and for the first time she said “These people are good to me, they treat me really well. She loves the CNA Kayla who is such a caring person!”
“The biggest issue I had was proactive information sharing regarding my mom’s stays. However when I chased it down there was responsiveness. I would recommend the facility but definitely develop rapport with staff to get the best experience.”
