Key Review Excerpts

She stayed at Maplecrest Rehab for a period of time. During her stay there, when I asked, she always said that she was treated very well and that the food was very good

Friend of resident · 2023★★★★★

when we go to see her the staff cleans her when we get there and we have to sit outside of her room for at least 30 minutes just to see her and when we get in her room her hair looks disgusting and she is very neglected

Grandchild of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

This nursing home is a poor excuse for a facility. There is no respect or love for any of the elderly that live there.

Maplecrest has significant recurring issues with families filing complaint reports, particularly around care planning and handling of abuse allegations. The most persistent problems span medication management, fire safety systems, and care planning, with many deficiencies repeating across multiple surveys despite reported corrections. While all violations show correction dates, the pattern of recurring issues in critical areas like fire safety and medication handling suggests ongoing operational challenges that families should investigate thoroughly during visits.
