What this means for your family
While recent reviews suggest that new leadership is actively improving the facility's operations and food quality, the history of medication management errors and staffing shortages is concerning. If you choose this facility, we recommend verifying the current nurse-to-patient ratio and establishing a clear plan for how medication administration is monitored and verified.

Key Review Excerpts
“New Administrator and Director of Nursing started on Dec. 1, 2025 and are working hard to make this a better place for residents and staff. The food quality has improved with the new Dietary Manager and the assistance of a licensed Dietician.”
“I would NOT recommend Maple Grove to anyone. There are no private rooms with phone as advertised. The staff was nice but the social worker did NOT help my mom adjust, a nurse only changed the bandages on one NOT both of her legs, & the doctor would NOT order her pain meds causing her to go thru withdrawal.”
“This is a lovely community. A close family friend came here after fracturing her hip. The nurses have been kind and attentive. She was afraid to leave her home and move into a “nursing home” so it’s been a big move.”
