What this means for your family

While the rehab therapy team is frequently praised for their effectiveness, the facility has a concerning history of medication errors and slow response times to patient needs. We strongly advise families to visit frequently, monitor medication administration closely, and ask management specifically how they handle staffing shortages during off-hours.

Key Review Excerpts

My Mother-in-law was at Delmar Gardens - Meramec Valley for 3 weeks for rehab. Nurse Amy was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in the nursing field. We asked numerous times to stop giving my Mother-in-law sodas, and on multiple occasions, she had 3 sodas her tray during our visits.

Rehab patient's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My dad was admitted- he had to be on a 2 week quarantine. If you think you could just call & check on your loved one- wrong. Nobody answers.

Rehab patient's family · 2021☆☆☆☆

My Father just completed a recent 3 week stay at this facility. And I couldn't be more pleased with the attention and care that was provided for my Dad. The staff, nursing and therapists' were very friendly and professional.
