What this means for your family

While the facility receives some positive feedback regarding its management and cleanliness, the recurring reports of neglect, medication errors, and poor communication are serious red flags. We strongly advise families to conduct an unannounced visit and speak directly with current residents' families to verify the quality of daily care before making a decision.

The Manor receives highly polarized feedback, with a significant number of negative reviews citing severe neglect, poor hygiene, and medication management failures. While some recent reviews offer brief, five-star ratings, they lack descriptive detail, whereas the negative reviews provide specific, concerning accounts of delayed assistance and inadequate medical care.

Key Review Excerpts

My sister was admitted there for 3 weeks of physical therapy. So far she’s been taken to the ER because of their inexperience with removing a catheter. She was sick for four days before someone thought to administer a Covid test.

Rehab patient's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

This facility is an absolute awful place to watch over your family members. Everyone there, including the director, treated my grandmother horribly and lied about many things.

3deficiencies
Well below state avg (12.0)

The Manor has a pattern of recurring deficiencies across multiple care areas, with 33 violations found over three surveys, though all issues were reportedly corrected by the facility. The most frequent problem areas include medication management (appearing in all three surveys), fire safety and building systems, and care planning and quality oversight. While the facility has provided correction dates for each deficiency, families should note the persistent nature of medication errors and safety concerns that have required repeated corrections across different inspection periods.
