What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with specific therapy staff, the recurring reports of neglect, poor communication, and lack of weekend oversight are significant red flags. If you are considering this facility, we strongly advise you to visit in person on a weekend and ask for a detailed plan on how they ensure patient safety and communication during off-hours.

Key Review Excerpts

The healthcare professionals there were kind and competent. They always had time to explain things to us when we asked questions, and they seemed to care about the patients and families.

Long-term resident's family · 2019★★★★★

My husband was at Manna for 3 weeks for rehab... The rooms were really nice, clean, and the staff very friendly. I was actually surprised at the food that was served.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My mom was mistreated. The rehabilitation is very little each day. Maybe 30 mins and on the weekends they provide no rehabilitation. Basically patients sit in bed from Friday at lunch till Monday.
