Key Review Excerpts

The environment feels unsafe, chaotic, and understaffed. Communication with families is poor, and management seems more focused on excuses than on accountability or improvement.

Family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

The one-star is for the caring staff, from the custodial team to nursing and PT/OT who really seem to care for the patients. They are the only redeeming quality of this literally roach infested, broken down, just plain sad place.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

My mother was in the facility for 5 months following a stroke and I was very happy with the care and attention she received during her stay. Sharon the administrator was Beth d helpful with answering questions and guiding is the right direction for when we had to take mom home.
