What this means for your family

While the facility is praised for its cleanliness and active social calendar, the recurring reports of medication errors and neglect are significant red flags. If you are considering this facility, especially for a loved one with dementia, we strongly advise conducting unannounced visits and asking for a detailed plan on how they ensure timely medication administration and call-light response.

Key Review Excerpts

My Mom suffered from dementia but it was very evident in her smiles that she knew in her heart that she was loved. From day one til the day she passed she was loved.

Memory care family member · 2019★★★★★

If you want your loved one cared for properly and to receive meds at the proper time do not come to Majestic. It’s crazy that I have to physically drive there just so they give my father the exact heart meds he needs at the correct time.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

I would consider thier care for the people with alzhiemers/dementia is borderline criminal and very abusive and neglectful.

Families have filed numerous complaints against this facility, generating over half of its 49 deficiencies across 12 surveys. The facility has persistent problems with basic care quality, pressure ulcer prevention, and resident rights that recur repeatedly across multiple years. While the facility corrects issues when cited, the pattern of ongoing complaints and repeated violations in fundamental care areas suggests systemic quality concerns that families should carefully evaluate before placement.
