What this means for your family

While the facility is physically clean and offers strong physical therapy, the recurring reports of residents being left in soiled conditions and unresponsive staff are major red flags. If you choose this facility, you must be prepared to visit frequently to monitor your loved one's hygiene and care, as the facility appears to struggle with consistent staffing and management oversight.

Majestic Care of Bloomington receives highly polarized feedback, with many reviewers praising the facility's cleanliness and the dedication of specific nursing staff. However, a significant number of families report critical failures in basic care, including residents being left in soiled conditions for extended periods, unresponsive call lights, and poor management communication. While some families have had excellent experiences with rehab services, others express deep concern regarding staffing levels and the safety of their loved ones.

Key Review Excerpts

I had my mom there less than 24 hours and got her out. I have walked in on her laying in her pee because no one would check on her. Dirty room, with poop on the stool and floor, staff acted like she was a burden.
