What this means for your family

Longview offers excellent amenities and a vibrant social environment that many residents find enriching. However, because some reviewers have noted inconsistent care for residents with dementia and high costs, we recommend scheduling a tour specifically to observe staff interactions in the memory care area and requesting a detailed breakdown of all potential fees.

Key Review Excerpts

I've also eaten here many times and the food is always excellent. There's a large variety of foods as well. You get an amazing view of Cayuga lake that is always beautiful.

Decent workers. Some show they care about the people living there more than life it self but some are scummy. Very expensive although the rooms are pretty nice. Don't deal with the elderly as well as they should such as dementia patients.

Visitor · 2017★★★★

The Longview organization and community has served my parents extremely well for over 6 years. Multiple levels of care have allowed my parents to stay together and partake of the great programming and association with Ithaca College.
