What this means for your family

While some families report excellent outcomes with the therapy team, there is a consistent pattern of reports regarding slow response times to call lights and understaffing. We strongly recommend that you visit during off-hours or weekends to observe staffing levels yourself and ask management specifically about their fall prevention protocols and how they handle communication when issues arise.

Key Review Excerpts

My grandpa needs his toe and possibly his foot removed because this place dosen't know what an infection looks like. The wound care doctor told my mom the black was honey ointment they put on it, it dosen't come off because of course that was a lie.

Grandchild of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

He pushes his call light to get help with transfers to his wheelchair, and the bathroom. When he pushes his call light nobody comes to his aid for 30 to 45 minutes. By that time he's on the floor because he keeps falling.

Daughter of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

I absolutely love it here! When I came here I felt I was hardly alive and now I feel blessed enough to truly live everyday of my life!
